Details
- the learning process is checked by the help of a knowledge based intermediate tests. Only students who pass these tests are allowed to present their project plan
- students study project plans from other teams and discuss them with the supervisor.
- their own project plan is examined by the supervisor
- PMI tests are solved and discussed within the group.
Minimum standard
Students pass the intermediate tests and present their own project plan which is at least rated as sufficient. The are able to understand and explain the basics of a project plan generated by a peer team.

Details
To pass the course a team of students (max. 4) has to create a project plan, which is gradually created starting with the Charter, moving forward with the initiation until a valid project plan is available, whereby all core processes of PMI© have to be applied and documented. Those project plans are shared between the teams to further optimize through a cross team evaluation workshop. The project plans are finally evaluated by the supervisor.
Minimum standard
Teh presentet project plan follows the basc requirements of the PMI. Students show that they are able to basically read and understand an existing project plan from another group.
