    • Plan the project structure; Define work packages; Define the timeplan; Using charts and tables; Plan the resources
  • Workload estimation
    • Basic Models, Function-Point-Method, CoCoMo-Method.
  • Controlling
    • Methods and techniques for the monitoring of deadlines, resource, development and progress of the project tasks; project reporting; methodologies of project controll and risk management.
  • Start and termination
    • Methods and techniques of requirement analysis; Variants of structural and process organization; Procedure of project definition; Final analysis and reflexion; Procedure of project closure.
  • Human resource management
    • Techniques for motivating people; Theory and praxis of team works and leadship; Communication and negotiation; Strategies for conflict management; Techniques for leading and guiding.
  • Management techniques
