- Basic Models, Function-Point-Method, CoCoMo-Method.
- Controlling
- Methods and techniques for the monitoring of deadlines, resource, development and progress of the project tasks; project reporting; methodologies of project controll and risk management.
- Start and termination
- Methods and techniques of requirement analysis; Variants of structural and process organization; Procedure of project definition; Final analysis and reflexion; Procedure of project closure.
- Human resource management
- Techniques for motivating people; Theory and praxis of team works and leadship; Communication and negotiation; Strategies for conflict management; Techniques for leading and guiding.
