Objectives
Acquired Skills
- apply photographic and illuminating measurement techniques
- measure the sensitometric characteristics of a DSC
- analyse the raw image data of dark images and assess the image quality of different capuring modes for night scenes
- compare and assess different methods for the contrast adaptation
Operational Competences
- assess raw image data concerning noise and signal quality
- recognize artefacts of the electonics and of the image processing and assess image quality individually
- optimize the image quality of a digital camera
- document the results
